200 jobs planned for Plymouth with Accolade HQ expansion

Gov. Tom Corbett announced that Accolade Inc., an innovative health-assistant-services company, will expand operations to support new growth, adding 200 new jobs. The company’s headquarters and 320 employees are located in Plymouth Township. This will be the fourth expansion project in four years, and will add an additional 30,000 square feet to its existing 90,000-square-foot, service-center operation. More than $1.42 million will be invested in the project.

Accolade provides personalized health-assistant services to simplify and improve the health care experience for employees and their families. Each employee is provided with his or her own Accolade Health Assistant®. This trusted professional gets to know the family and helps them make informed health care decisions.

“We are creating an economic climate in Pennsylvania that encourages companies like Accolade to reinvest in growth and create new jobs for our citizens,” Corbett said. “The company has now grown from 17 employees to its current workforce of 300.”

Founded in 2007, the company ranked 25th out of 100 on America’s Most Promising Companies by Forbes Magazine in 2013.
